This season we have introduced the Harry Tones Memorial Shield, which will be held at the start of each season, along with the Arthur Gibbon Memorial Shield. The First Division Champions will play the winners of the Barry Hogan 1st Division Cup (or runners-up if same team)

Harry was the first President of the League, with Arthur our first Secretary.

The shield was handed back to the league a few years ago and dates back to the Hartlepool Sunday Friendly League. The names engraved on it are:

1964-65 Fire Brigade
1965-66 The Catcote

50 years after it was last presented to a club, it now returns to use in honour of Harry Tones.
